Founder & Chief Scientific Officer
Everett started his career in the lab at Radian Corporation (which eventually became Cerilliant) synthesizing a variety of compounds (drugs-of-abuse, drug metabolites, environmental reference materials, both native and isotope-labeled) on a wide range of scales (milligram up to multi-kilo).
After a couple of business development roles, he returned to the lab directing all Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing operations in two separate cGMP facilities. In this role, Everett co-authored a Drug Master File (DMF) for Cannabidiol (CBD) for a New Drug Application (NDA) submitted to the FDA. One of his favorite career projects was directing the design and construction of a new 53,000 sq. ft., award-winning cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
At KinetoChem, Everett oversees all aspects of production: the synthesis, purification, and analytical development of all the cannabinoids produced.

Bryan Keith Waltrip passed away on June 16, 2022, due to complications associated with ALS. Bryan’s wish would have been that everyone reading this donate to a charity supporting ALS research because it was Bryan’s sincere hope that in the future no one would have to endure the suffering created by this devastating and incurable disease.
We encourage anyone to consider supporting any of these ALS charities:
– National ALS Registry Partners (through the CDC)
– National ALS Association
– The Texas Chapter of the ALS Association
– The Mayo Clinic (ALS Research)
– I AM ALS
